Friday, November 11
Lunch on your own. There are many dining options in the immediate area of the hotel.
12:30-1:15 pm: Registration; exhibits & bookstore open
1:15-1:30 pm: Welcome and introductions
1:30-2:00 pm: Opening session: I Love to Tell the Story
    Ruth Tells Her Story to Her Son Obed

2:00-2:15 pm: Break
2:20-3:20 pm: Business session
3:30-4:30 pm: Convocation meetings
4:40-4:50 pm: United Thank Offering presenters meet for instructions
5:00-6:30 pm: Holy Eucharist with the Rt. Rev. Michael B. Curry, Bishop of the Diocese of North Carolina
6:30-7:00 pm: Reception
7:00-9:00 pm: Dinner and playlet (RSVP required): Yet We Persist, written by Katerina Whitley and performed by women of the Durham convocation

Saturday, November 12
8:00-8:45 am: Continental breakfast at St. Luke’s; exhibits open
8:30 am: Morning Prayer
8:50-9:00 am: Announcements
NOTE: All sessions will be led by Katerina Whitley and will include break times
9:00-9:20 am: Session 1 – A New Testament introduction to storytelling
   
Phoebe, the first deacon: Walking in the Light as a Servant of Christ 
9:20-10:10 am: Session 2 – ECW through American history: What if they could tell us their stories?
10:15-11:10 am: Session 3 – General Gathering: What does this have to do with my story?
11:15 am-12:00 pm: Session 4 – North Carolina women share their stories
12:00-12:30 pm: Session 5 – Pulling It All Together: What is my role in telling the story?
12:45 pm: Blessing and adjournment; pre-ordered boxed lunches available
1:30-3:00 pm: Diocesan ECW Executive Board meeting
