The women of the Church Service League of St. Paul’s Episcopal Church, Winston-Salem, want in this way to express a very real sorrow and loss in the death of Mrs. Susan Hill Steadman, and also an appreciation of her meritorious life and service as a loyal, faithful member of our organization. Her life was a tireless offering to her God – her Home – her Children, her Friends and the World. Always her smile was somehow a benediction, her handshake a tie of Christian fellowship… . She has bequeathed us a radiant spirituality, which we deeply feel, and feeling, are strengthened.
